Terms and Conditions

ON-SITE SPECIALTY CLEANING AND RESTORATION LLC provides professional cleaning and restoration services, including but not limited to commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, and specialty cleaning services in the Warren, Michigan area and surrounding Metro Detroit region.

All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement between ON-SITE SPECIALTY CLEANING AND RESTORATION LLC and the client. Service agreements will include:

• Scope of work to be performed
• Pricing and payment terms
• Scheduled dates and times
• Any special requirements or conditions

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered. Payment terms include:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins
• Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month

To ensure efficient service delivery:

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of regular cleaning appointments
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service
• Emergency restoration services have different scheduling terms due to their urgent nature
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances

Clients agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are to be performed. This includes:

• Ensuring someone is available to grant access at the scheduled time, or providing keys/access codes
• Securing pets during service appointments
• Removing or securing valuable items, fragile objects, and personal belongings
• Informing us of any hazardous conditions or materials on the property

ON-SITE SPECIALTY CLEANING AND RESTORATION LLC maintains comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed prior to service
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear
• Liability for any damage caused by our staff is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to the value of the service contract
• Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service:

• Contact us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will re-clean or address any areas of concern at no additional charge
• Satisfaction guarantee applies to the original scope of work agreed upon
