At ON-SITE SPECIALTY CLEANING AND RESTORATION LLC, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our commitment to resolving any concerns you may have with our services.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund policy on all our cleaning and restoration services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Services were not performed as agreed upon in the service contract
  • The quality of work does not meet our stated standards
  • You report your concerns within 30 days of service completion
  • You have allowed us the opportunity to re-perform or correct the work

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us within 30 days of service completion via phone at (248) 521-2292 or email at vincemastronardi@onsitespec.com
  2. Describe the Issue: Provide details about your concerns, including photos if applicable
  3. Re-Service Opportunity: In most cases, we will offer to re-perform the service to address your concerns at no additional cost
  4. Refund Decision: If you are still unsatisfied after the re-service, or if re-service is not appropriate, we will process your refund

3. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts are determined based on the nature of the issue:

  • Full Refund: If services were not performed or were substantially deficient
  • Partial Refund: If only a portion of the service was unsatisfactory
  • Service Credit: In some cases, we may offer a credit toward future services

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be available in the following situations:

  • Claims made more than 30 days after service completion
  • Issues not related to the work performed by our team
  • Damage or soiling that occurred after our service was completed
  • Pre-existing conditions that were disclosed before service began
  • Client-requested changes to the scope of work after service began
  • Emergency restoration services (different terms apply due to the nature of emergency work)

5. Emergency Restoration Services

Due to the urgent nature of emergency restoration services (water damage, fire damage, etc.), the following special terms apply:

  • Initial assessment and emergency mitigation fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds for restoration work are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • All concerns must be reported within 7 days of service completion
  • We will work with your insurance company as needed to address any issues

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Credit card refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Check refunds will be mailed within 10 business days
  • Service credits will be applied to your account immediately

7. Deposits

For services requiring a deposit:

  • Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled service
  • Deposits may be partially refundable (50%) if you cancel within 24-48 hours
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations less than 24 hours before service
  • If we are unable to perform the service as scheduled, your deposit will be fully refunded

8. Recurring Service Agreements

For clients with recurring service agreements:

  • You may cancel your agreement at any time with 30 days written notice
  • Prepaid amounts for future services will be refunded on a prorated basis
  • Any discounts received for committing to recurring services may be adjusted upon early cancellation
